- Flower delivery will be processed at least 2 working days after our phone confirmation for your order
- If you need Urgent delivery of less than 3 hours, please call us at 9721 2326 or 2526 3606 to see if we can meet your requirement before ordering.
- Orders placed after 5pm Monday to Saturday, will be processed the next working day.
- For delivery on Sundays and Public holidays, please call us if delivery is possible due to decoration projects.
- The floral materials, fruits, gift items and containers shown in the photos are for style reference only, subject to seasonal availability. If not available, similar flowers, fruits, gift items and containers of similar value will be replaced. Tiffanny Flowers will try their best to maintain the same colour scheme, size and shape of the finished product.
- Products produced from photos shown on the website is of approximation only. Quantity of floral materials, fruits, gift and items produced will not be exactly the same as shown on photos.
- If customer needs Special Type of Flowers or Insists on the Same Flowers Shown in the Photo, please call to confirm how many days to place order before delivery, as special flowers might be affected by season and Make a Remark on the Order Form and Confirm with our staff.
- Please call to enquire size of flower arrangements in catalogue.
- Delivery charge is for one delivery only.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the sender’s provision of incorrect or incomplete information
- The receiver not being at the address provided (moved, out of town etc.)
- The concierge unwilling to sign for the flowers, the bouquet will be brought back to the shop.
- Once the second delivery charge has been paid, Tiffanny Flowers will deliver the order on the next available date.
- Typhoon No.8 or above and Black Rainstorm Signal: The flowers will be delivered on the next available day.
- Decoration orders should be placed at least 1-1/2 – 2 months in advance; for special auspicious dates, early reservation is necessary to avoid disappointment.

- General Orders - All orders are executed on the basis of payment in advance. Invoice amount must be paid in full for orders of less than HK$5,000.- A deposit of 60% of the Invoice amount is required for orders exceeding HK$5,000.- The remaining balance of 40% is to be settled either by cash or credit card through the phone latest by 14 days before delivery date, otherwise order will be cancelled and no refund on deposit will be made. For Corporate orders, a copy of your company’s Business Registration Certificate is required.
- Changing & Cancellation of Order - Additional costs & charges to be applied for order changing. No refund for order cancellation.
- Exchanges & Refund - Due to the nature of flowers, goods are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All money paid is not refundable under any circumstances. Do not sign and do not accept goods if goods delivered are not in good condition. Request staff to take photo immediately and send to Tiffanny Flowers through mobile phone applications, otherwise goods and services would be considered as in good condition and no claims or refund will be accepted afterwards.
- Seasonal Availability - Due to weather conditions and other factors beyond our control, it may be necessary for us to substitute different flowers, products and fruits of similar value and color in the arrangements, the number of items are of approximation only and there will be a little change in the design. If the floral container or hamper is not available, a similar container will be used.
- Confirm Orders & Pick Up Time - All details of the order must be confirmed according to the days stated below Before the delivery date:
- 1 (one) working day earlier for normal order;
- 3 -7 (three to seven) working days earlier for orders with special flowers depending on availability;
- 1 (one) month earlier for wedding orders, as custom-made and need sufficient time for preparing and purchasing materials. Otherwise, Tiffanny Flowers cannot guarantee to provide flowers and materials of your choice and other materials of similar value and color will be replaced.
- Floral arrangements related to wedding, must be picked up by the customer. You are required to call to confirm pick up time the day before.
- Care of Flower Arrangements, Plants & Pots - Flower arrangements and plants must be placed in air-conditioned room or in open area with air movement, with no direct sun light and lighting, except plants that can withstand excessive exposure to sunlight. Refill water when necessary. Water according to the Type of plants. Handle with care. TIFFANNY FLOWERS is not responsible for any loss due to breakage and lost of vase/pot if requested by customers for putting in and planting service. Planting service on request and separately charged. Drainage installation to be provided by others.
- Site Decoration - Tiffanny Flowers will do its best endeavours to provide customers’ decoration and it reserves the right to change or amend to the same, should the circumstances at the venue reserves in the initial decoration / services to be impractical/ untenable.
Tiffanny Flowers will not be responsible for any delay or complaints due to the followings:
- The function site is not being handed over to our staff on time.
- The site staffs fail to provide us with proper/sufficient assistance, delaying and stopping our staff from entrance. To avoid this, customer must inform security and management of site in advance.
- Amendments made to the original design subsequent to commencing of work.
- Designs of Tiffanny Flowers arrangements have copyrights. No other persons and companies can use Tiffanny Flowers designs to produce the same arrangements, otherwise legal prosecution will be pursued to the persons and companies that violate Tiffanny Flowers’ copyright.
- Tiffanny Flowers reserves the right to withdraw any privilege given under this Invoice or to amend the regulations governing its use at any time with or without notice. If in dispute, English is the legal format.
